would have given 5 stars but I dont like how the text changes size in the bubble. Why cant we decide text size? Also, could you make a double bubble so we can make two+ people say something at the same time?

My laptop died on me right after a Photoshoot. This app saved me. Its easy to use and gives high quality photos even from my IPhone. It allows you to choose the size and watermark your images before saving, has a user friendly interface, its the equivalent to Lightroom (IMO). It hasnt crashed once since I started using it. You can easily go from one photo to another without losing your (editing) place. I took a risk buying this app and its DEFINITELY worth the small amount they charge. I downloaded on 3/2/16 and based on my experience with this app, I would recommend this for someone shooting raw or otherwise.

Ive been using this app – as well as previous versions – on my iPhone (and now iPad, thank you for making it compatible for it!) for several years now. I can do everything I want to do with it, and I can edit photos as well using this app as I can using Photoshop on my MacBook Pro. My only complaint is that its not terribly intuitive once you go beyond the simple filters and into the retouches, but a little playing around has helped me figure those out. I very rarely write reviews – and even less often do I write positive, five-star reviews – but this app is more than deserving of a positive review. Ill continue to buy the new versions as they become available, and thank you for developing such a great photo editing app.

I create adult coloring books, and this app makes preparing them for printing so easy. I really love it. I also appreciate the fact that when printing from this app I can choose whether to print a draft or high quality print.

Great editing tool I like the ability to add a date stamp, lightening shadows, but MOSTLY I use it because it can save photos in full resolution. FANTASTIC APP

I love this app!! It has improved so many of my photos that its my go to app for all my photo issues!

Its very convenient and easy to use. The filters are smart and give me what I am looking for with my photos. I wish there was a similar photogene app for videos.

All around good app. I would have given 5 stars if the exif input were automatically attached to photos outside of the app itself.

My fave photo app...I have several but this is the best overall!

After a year and a half of waiting for innovative improvement, i’ve given up on Photogene. It’s stale, old, and doesn’t do anything out of the ordinary these days. There are better photo editors available.

This is the one that does it all on your phone or iPad. Skip Adobes weak offerings and go with this one. Unless you need to go with a sophisticated desktop photo app on your computer, Photogene will cover your day to day snapshot needs. Be aware that there are some differences between the iPhone version and the iPad version, the most notable for me is the lack of linear gradients on the iPhone. Regardless, this program is exceptional.

Its not as good as Photoshop on my computer but its the best thing Ive got on my phone.

I contacted the developer over a year ago about various bugs in the app. He has not responded and he has not made an update to the app since September of 2014. It would be nice if he could at least act like a professional and inform us if the app will no longer be supported.

Even when given permission through the privacy settings, the app only "sees" 25 photos from the native Apple photos library. Sent the develope a "help me:" email from his website and have yet to hear back. Dont waste your money on this until it is fixed.

For some reason Photogene stopped accessing my iCloud photos. The developer does not respond to emails asking for help. This makes the app pretty much useless. It used to be my constant companion but no more. So sad.

By far the best edit program For iOS if you are a professional you need this program better than PS very well thought out.
